How to Apply for Space in Christmas City

STEP 3: Fill out the requested information. It is important that you complete the application with as much information as possible! Lack of information will cause delays in approval.
STEP 4: Save the form with your information, and print it out. This is your copy.
STEP 5: SIGN YOUR FORM before faxing or mailing! We cannot accept email applications, as we require them to be signed.
